Randy Work

Randy Work was born and raised in Southern California, I have owned  property here in Alaska since 2012 and my Wonderful Wife and I moved  here full time in 2017. In California I was a licensed roofing contractor for  more than 39 years. I have extensive knowledge in the construction of  structures and houses, which really helps me and my clients determine if  a potential home has good bones or not.
In 2018 I earned my Real Estate License and joined Redoubt Realty. In  2020 Redoubt Realty joined the Keller Williams Realty Alaska Group. My passion and the reason I get up and go to work each and every day is  my clients. I love helping both seller's and buyer's meet  their goals of either selling their home and moving on to the next chapter in their lives, or helping buyers find their dream home.
In 2025 I was awarded by my peers of the Kenai Peninsula Association of  Realtor’s. Realtor of the year for 2025. I’m very proud of that award with  all the work I have done over the years with my clients.
