Debbie Bagley

Debbie Bagley has been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 1986, bringing over 
four decades of experience, local knowledge, and dedication to every transaction. Born and raised in Alaska, Debbie grew up homesteading with her family on Coal Creek in Kasilof--an experience that shaped her strong work ethic and deep connection to the land and community she serves today. 
Her passion for real estate began even earlier, in the 1970s, when she owned and operated a construction company, building and selling homes. That hands-on experience naturally evolved into a lifelong career helping others find their dream homes and investment 
opportunities. 
Debbie and her husband, Dale Bagley-also a real estate agent-founded Redoubt Realty in 2003, successfully growing the company before joining Keller Williams in 2021. Today, they continue to serve their clients as part of a dynamic and supportive team, combining traditional values with modern technology to deliver exceptional service. 
When she's not working with clients, Debbie enjoys quilting, gardening, interior design, and spending time with her grandchildren. She and Dale also love traveling the United States in their motorhome and have visited nearly every state. Thanks to today's technology.
