I’m a third-generation REALTOR®, proudly carrying on the legacy of my grandmother Ruby, one of California’s first female brokers who practiced until the age of 92. Real estate is in my blood, but my path here has been shaped by resilience, service, and a deep love for community.
Before stepping fully into real estate, I earned my Business Administration degree from Alaska Pacific University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management. My senior thesis explored fundraising for “non-essential” nonprofits like sports teams, fairs, and community events — organizations that enrich our lives but often compete for attention alongside urgent causes such as medical nonprofits. That research connected to my real-world experience: for nearly two decades I managed the Kenai Peninsula Fair, raising more than $15 million for local nonprofits and small businesses, including nearly $5 million in COVID-19 relief grants.
My own journey has been one of overcoming challenges. I’m a survivor of domestic violence and, after a devastating car accident in 2015, doctors told me I would likely never walk again. Yet just five months later, I was back at the Kenai Peninsula Fair, running the entire event — and yes, racing the Kenai Peninsula Racing Pigs. That moment marked my comeback and remains one of the accomplishments I am most proud of. It taught me that with faith, determination, and support, anything is possible.
Today, I bring that same spirit into real estate. My background in lending (VA, FHA, and first-time homebuyer loans) allows me to guide clients through the financing side of transactions with confidence. But more importantly, I serve with integrity, compassion, and heart. I don’t just help people buy and sell houses — I walk alongside them as they step into new chapters of their lives.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy volunteering, fundraising, playing cribbage, traveling (with a soft spot for Vegas and hopes for more time abroad), and enjoying live music — a love sparked by years of booking bands for the fair. Most of all, I treasure time with my son Robert, who is pursuing his real estate license to join my team, and supporting his creativity through his LARP group.
Every chapter of my life — from raising my kids as a single mom, to serving my community through Rotary, to overcoming challenges that could have stopped me — has prepared me to serve others in their own journeys.
