Born & Raised: Dale was born in Fairbanks while his parents were attending the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. After college they moved back to the Kenai Peninsula. Dale currently lives in the city of Soldotna.
Education/Military: Dale graduated from Soldotna High School in 1982; he attended AVTEC in Seward where he got a Forestry Technician degree. Dale spent 4 years in the US Marine Corps doing security duty and was stationed in Hawaii. After the military Dale attended the University of Alaska, Fairbanks & Anchorage. Real Estate Experience: Dale got his real estate licenses in 1994 and actively sold land & recreational property until 2000 when he let it lapse due to being elected Kenai Peninsula Borough Mayor. In 2005 Dale started to actively sell real estate again. Dale and his wife Debbie own Redoubt Realty where Dale is an Associate Broker. In fact Dale sells more land & recreational property than any other licensee on the Kenai Peninsula. |
